Sue and John invite you to come and stay as guests in their home Stannings, which they run as a friendly and welcoming
Bed & Breakfast. Stannings is situated in Felpham, a historic village on the outskirts of the small seaside town
of Bognor Regis in West Sussex many times winner of the sunniest place in the UK.
Stannings is a non smoking home and it has 3 bedrooms comprising of 2 Double Rooms with Ensuite Showers rooms
which are both on the ground floor and on the first floor is a Twin Room which has its own large Private Bathroom for its own exclusive use.
Unfortunately not all of our rooms are suitable for disabled people. We do not have a Family room
or facilities for small children.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us, we like to think that nothing is too much trouble and we will try to
accommodate your every need. All our bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV and
free wireless internet access. Full English Breakfasts will be served to your own taste.
We can offer evening meals by prior arrangement. Meals can be served alfresco when the weather allows.
In contrast there are many places to eat within easy walking distance.
Off road parking is available for up to 4 cars .
Also our Hot Tub is there for your enjoyment or just relax in our peaceful sunny garden.
You will be always sure of a warm welcome.

Purple Room
On the ground floor. Our large double purple room is furnished in a modern contemporary style, has a King size bed,
en suite shower room, flat screen freeview TV, wirefree internet.
Blue Room
Our ground floor blue room has a standard double bed, ensuite shower room, flat screen freeview TV, wirefree internet.
Twin Room
Our bright and sunny upstairs Twin room has its own large private bathroom with bath and large shower. Freeview TV
and wirefree internet.
Please note that we do not have a Family room.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of £25.00 per double/twin room or £15.00 per single occupancy booking is requested to secure the booking.
If the booking is subsequently cancelled and notice of this is received at least 10 days before your original arrival
date the deposit will be refunded less a £5 administration fee. If notice of cancellation is received 9 days or less
before the original arrival date the deposit paid is not refundable.

Reasons to stay at Stannings Bed and Breakfast
Have a break the old traditional way by the seaside. Stannings is situated in Felpham a small village just to the east of the
famous seaside town of Bognor Regis with its pier,fishermen, kiss me quick hat shops, penny arcades, fish and chip shops, cafes,
high street full of intresting shops, sandy beach and of course Butlins. Well that’s Bognor.
Now Felpham is completely different for a start here is a much slower pace of life, Felpham is a small village which can
trace its roots back the doomsday book. With thatch cottages, a Church dating from Norman times,
William Blake’s cottage, welcoming pubs, cafes and restaurants selling locally caught fish, friendly local people and much more.
The lovely sandy beach is quiet and unspoilt, with rock pools to explore, has its own yacht club,
two lovely cafes right on the seafront, gaily painted beach huts, it’s own weather system (the sun always shines).
Felpham is the beach the locals use.
